About the role
- Bolt6 is a sports technology company at the forefront of visual innovation - from real-time tracking and data overlays, to immersive broadcast graphics and AR experiences.
- We work across tennis, golf, motorsport, volleyball, and more; partnering with rights holders and broadcasters to elevate how sport is seen, understood, and enjoyed.
- You will work closely with Operations Managers, supervise senior engineers, graduate engineers and placement students, and take responsibility for on-site leadership and delivery accuracy.
Responsibilities
- As Project Lead, you manage end-to-end delivery of Bolt6 products at live sporting events.
- This role is instrumental in shaping how our systems perform at event level and how our team evolves.
- Lead full operational delivery for assigned events across an assigned sport.
- Manage pre-event communications with internal teams, tournament directors, partners, and vendors
- Maintain delivery quality, reliability, and operational control
- Maintain accurate tracking of technical kit and logistics
- Line manage up to eight engineers or senior engineers
- Support site leads, act as escalation point, and build their confidence in live delivery
- Run performance feedback cycles and maintain accurate skill records
- Capture feedback from technical directors and partner teams
Compensation
- $70,000 to $80,000 base salary depending on experience
