About the role
- Each year, the company manufactures thousands of miles of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, as well as medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- We also produce a comprehensive range of optical fibers, copper cables and connectivity for voice, video, and data transmission for the telecommunication sector.

Responsibilities
- The Process Engineering Technician Supervisor is responsible for planning and directing the activities of process technicians in support of manufacturing efforts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership and management of engineering resources
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Ability to motivate, communicate with, and inspire team members
- Prior experience with extrusion would be beneficial
- Prefer, but not required, a bachelor's degree in engineering
