Responsibilities
- The Senior Manager maintains existing client relationships and focuses on property tax management and minimization opportunities.
- The Senior Manager reviews and evaluates performance management, makes promotion recommendations and manages the processes efficiently by delivering on cost saving initiatives and efficient resource management for Ryan & its Clients.
- Schedules, coordinates, and leads all status calls and stakeholder presentations and consistently updates stakeholders on all PTS Commercial related activities and status of projects and resources aligned.
- Reviews and manages resources aligned, scope of services and supports new transitions.
- Gives timely performance feedback to team members and addresses, documents, and escalates performance issues.
- Actively involved support all Firm wide initiatives across India Operations.
- Leads initiatives on setting up aggressive performance benchmarks for team and targeting entitlement levels in terms of team as well as individual performance
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Schedules, coordinates, and leads all status calls and client presentations and consistently updates clients on recent activities including compliance, reviews, appeals and status of engagements.
- Leads the review and management of client audits conducted by tax jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Commerce/ Accounting/ Business
- 5+ years of experience in International accounting and Finance domain.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Candidates with appropriate valuation designations preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills
- At least 10-12 years of Team handling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadline
- Expertise in MS Excel and MS Word and working knowledge of MS access, Project Management & Quality Management
- Setting up performance benchmarks for team and targeting entitlement levels in terms of team as well as individual performance
- Conduct individual monthly feedback sessions and provide inputs during performance appraisals
- Proactive communication and good organizing skills
- Innovative and critical thinking in driving process improvements and operational cost reduction
- Coaching and mentoring team members while defining their career paths
- Expertise in preparing and reporting out Monthly / Weekly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual dashboards

- Demonstrates superior knowledge in the annual compliance process, valuation techniques, assessment reviews, jurisdictional expertise, and client industry expertise.
