About the role
- You will play a key role in bringing the space to life, ensuring it runs smoothly for employees and guests while creating a workplace experience that feels welcoming, organized, connected and reflective of our brand and culture.
- This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the overall experience of a new workplace environment for Arc'teryx.
- This role is based out of our Great Northern Way office and is expected to be performed on-location - with some crossover days at our North Vancouver offices.
Responsibilities
- The Facilities & Workplace Experience team operates in strategic partnership with the business to lead global real estate, capital projects, workplace operations and the overall experience for staff and guests.

Requirements
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
- You have 3+ years of experience in facilities, workplace experience, events, operations, project coordination or a related field
- You are a strong problem solver who can assess what is needed, take initiative and follow through with practical solutions
- You are comfortable supporting workplace communications, including signage, digital updates, slide decks, emails and operational messaging
- You are collaborative, proactive and able to move work forward as priorities shift
- You are comfortable using technology platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, OfficeSpace or similar tools
- You are passionate about the brand, the products we make and getting outside to live it
Compensation
- RRSP matching and eligibility for Arc'teryx Annual Incentive Plan and access to Employee Stock Purchase program (ESPP) where applicable.
- Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
