Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale software systems to support our rapidly growing product and customer base.
- Own projects end-to-end by collaborating closely with the Product, Design, and Client Solutions teams, including scoping, design, implementation, and rollout.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.
- We are building the future of patient engagement for life sciences companies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with modern programming languages, such as TypeScript, Python, Golang, etc.
- Experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, React, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, or Terraform
- Experience at early stage software companies
- B.S. or higher in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience developing software for cloud environments
- Product-engineering mindset: able to balance technical quality with velocity and user value

- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Bonus Points
- Experience building software in the health-tech or healthcare space
- Leverages agentic coding tools to accelerate time-to-value

Compensation
- The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
