Responsibilities

  • Deliver consultative training and best-practice guidance to client teams.
  • Develop client-ready deliverables, recommendations, and implementation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Project & Client Management Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Identify out-of-scope requests and support change order development when appropriate.
  • Support proposal development and sales efforts.
  • Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and support consultants through coaching and best-practice guidance.
  • Help drive successful, high-quality project outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position is an estimate of $135,000 - $150,000.
  • A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual's skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography.
