About the role
- Requires minimal supervision and conducts all jobs in a safe manner while directing a crew of two to four employees.
- Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
- Physically able to handle the workload of an Irrigation Installation Leadman and/or Laborer.

- Able to train crew as a team and maintain a high level of morale.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable on company's insurance policy.
