  • In this role, you will oversee the development, support, and optimization of solutions that streamline fulfillment operations, enhance the fulfillment experience, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and algorithms, to design and implement scalable systems that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving business landscape.
  • We use GitHub, Slack, and video conferencing extensively to collaborate.
  • We value pull requests, one-pagers, and screencasts to develop rapid prototypes that demonstrate new features.
  • You will manage, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth by challenging them to do their best work.
  • You will partner with product managers, operations, and algorithms teams to continuously improve fulfillment processes and customer delivery experiences.

Compensation

  • $130,900 - $218,000 USD
  • This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity.
  • The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas.
  • A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance.
  • This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance.
