Responsibilities

  • Lead daily loadout operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and safety objectives.
  • Drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial, manufacturing, aggregates, cement, or related operational environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to use operational systems, analyze performance data, and drive process improvements.
  • Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials.

Requirements

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.

Compensation

  • $77,180.00 - $102,899.99
  • Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
