About the role
- SoLa Impact is seeking a dedicated and motivated Temporary Property Manager II to join our team on a 60-day contract assignment.
- include supporting tenant relations, managing maintenance requests, facilitating leasing activities, and ensuring compliance with all property management policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will provide critical support to property management operations by overseeing the day-to-day activities of the property during a period of increased business need.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced property management professional who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service to residents.

Requirements
- A passion for affordable housing and a commitment to enhancing the resident experience are essential, along with the ability to contribute immediately to the team's operational goals during this temporary assignment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field preferred
- Experience working in affordable housing is a plus.
Compensation
- $28k-$36k

- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Minimum 4 years of experience in property management or related field; Bachelor's Degree in business management or a related field preferred; Experience working in affordable housing is a plus.
