About the role
- This includes enterprise compliance, security, and technical due diligence projects.
- In addition, the role also includes working with multiple different SaaS Vendors that provide applications for supporting Tours and Activities, SPA, Golf, Table Management and Digital Dining operations.
Responsibilities
- Now through December 2026 with possibility of extension The Senior Manager for Ancillary Revenue Products is responsible for the analysis, planning, and coordination of technology activities for developing ancillary revenue products.
- This role will collaborate with Commerce, Hotel Operations, Digital, Loyalty business partners, a mix of internal Marriott technology teams, and 3 rd party vendors to drive the successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Coordinate and lead Quality Engineering activities and acceptance of system changes between vendors and MI business partners Coordinate with support teams for incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prioritize defect fixes, Root Cause remediation in the product backlog.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Git, JIRA, Jenkins, Dynatrace), and containerization.
- Experience in using AI tools for Requirements documentation and Testing Preferred:
- Experience working with 3 rd party vendors and service providers Familiarity with Golf, SPA operations, technology and or marketing
