Responsibilities

  • The scope of work includes the full range of ADDIE/Systematic Approach to Training activities, with a heavy emphasis on analysis, design and development work.
  • Position Summary The Consultant position anticipates, develops and implements innovative solutions for our customers' training challenges.
  • Leverage eLearning tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) to develop and enhance training materials.
  • An ability to analyze and logically organize complex technical information, and transform complex bodies of information into professionally designed, engaging and effective training.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well in a team environment or individually on projects.
  • Ability to apply discretion and trust with confidential material.
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Can work independently, self-directed with excellent time management skills with the ability to multi- task and meet deadlines, shifting to meet client needs when required.

Compensation

  • $70k-$80k
