About the role

  • Viking Cruises is seeking a Financial Data Analytics (FDA) Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join the Corporate Accounting team in a fast-paced environment focused on collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute operational and financial reports using OneStream, Excel, Power Query, Alteryx, and emerging AI-based tools to support daily activities and month-end close.
  • Support change management processes by documenting and tracking change requests in Jira, ensuring alignment with approval protocols.
  • Perform user onboarding and access provisioning in accordance with company policies, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and compliance with internal controls.
  • Execute system configurations within OneStream, D365, and Alteryx to support business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • The role will also partner with various teams including Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Accounting on process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting/computer science experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Onestream a plus

Compensation

  • Support quarterly and annual audits by preparing audit deliverables, including Information Provided by Entity (IPE).
  • Salary range $105,000 - $120,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
