About the role

Viking Cruises is seeking a Financial Data Analytics (FDA) Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join the Corporate Accounting team in a fast-paced environment focused on collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office.
This role is well suited for a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and is motivated by growth and change.

Generate, analyze, and distribute operational and financial reports using OneStream, Excel, Power Query, Alteryx, and emerging AI-based tools to support daily activities and month-end close.
Support change management processes by documenting and tracking change requests in Jira, ensuring alignment with approval protocols.
Perform user onboarding and access provisioning in accordance with company policies, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and compliance with internal controls.
Execute system configurations within OneStream, D365, and Alteryx to support business requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
The role will also partner with various teams including Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Accounting on process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2+ years of accounting/computer science experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting

Support quarterly and annual audits by preparing audit deliverables, including Information Provided by Entity (IPE).
Salary range $105,000 - $120,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.

Employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
