About the role
- Healthy Careers Start Here The Marketing & Development Manager, Bluebonnet Life (BBL) is responsible for driving the performance of the promotion and sale of BBL products.

Responsibilities
- The Marketing & Development Manager will also serve as a support liaison between Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi and external partners of ancillary products, providing seamless service excellence.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
- Three years experience in insurance sales or account management is required.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Compensation
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package that is worth approximately one-third of the salary compensation.
