- Position Summary
- LE Construction & Maintenance (LECM) is hiring a Level 2 Ground Maintenance Crew Technician (Floater) to move between our commercial across Calgary and fill in wherever a crew needs an extra hand.
- You already know the order of operations, you don't need the basics explained, and you can be trusted with bigger equipment and more independence.
- This is a year-round role - landscape maintenance through spring, summer, and fall, switching to snow and ice operations over the winter months.
- Float between crews and sites, filling in wherever help is needed that day.
- Operate the Hustler walk-behind mower and other grounds-maintenance equipment.
