- We're currently looking for a Lead Automotive Technician to join our high-performing, fast-paced team and help us continue raising the bar.
- Collaborating with Service Advisors to build accurate estimates
- As our Lead Automotive Technician, you'll be the go-to expert in diagnostics and repairs, leading by example and mentoring a team of skilled technicians. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and top-quality service in every job we do.
Requirements
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience (diagnostic experience required)
- Proven leadership/mentorship experience in a shop environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and shop software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice to have
- ASE certifications are a plus
Skills
- Keeping up with evolving auto tech, tools, and safety standards
Compensation
- $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience
