About the role
- This would include order management, event execution and management, communication between THD IPRs and the Supply Chain team, compliance management, and reporting.
- Distribution to ensure orders are shipping timely and promotional event expectations are communicated.
- Sales & inventory alignment is critical with Distribution capacity planning.
Responsibilities
- Drive to 98% In Stocks at Home Depot
- The Customer Fulfillment Analyst leads the order processing and customer collaboration efforts to align order fulfillment with the customer operations expectations.
- Manage all The Home Depot's order creation to shipment
- Maintain reports critical to business function, including Out of Stocks, Cycle Time, and service level performance
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to work in a process driven environment where priorities change rapidly with firm deadlines.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
- SAP &/or Logility Experience a plus.
