Phase Change Software, headquartered at the base of the Rockies in beautiful Lakewood, Colorado, uses artificial intelligence to query, analyze, and aid in the maintenance of legacy source code.
Our patent-pending methods for software analysis will dramatically improve development.

Overseeing the Box virtual data room for corporate books, investment documents, and due diligence materials
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives moving

Tracking equity activity between Carta and Intacct, including the investment tracker
Coordinating vendor and legal contract workflows with outside counsel, including equity administration vendor onboarding and investment paperwork for the current funding round
Familiarity with equity administration tools such as Carta - reconciling cap table activity against financial records is a plus

With 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, you're ready to make an immediate impact.
