About the role
- The Sourcing Leader is responsible for managing supplier relationships, supporting operations and business units, and the overall development and implementation of sourcing strategies that align with the Senior Flexonics's objectives.
- The Sourcing Leader will report directly to the purchasing manager.
- Business, operations, management, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication with the supply base, buyers, and the production planners.
- Develop relationships with internal colleagues and external supply base, to ensure business continuity of material delivery.
- Manage supplier performance by conducting regular business reviews, monitoring key metrics, deliver scorecards, and continuously evaluating and improving the overall supply base.
- Perform global sourcing to identify raw material and component suppliers, leveraging sourcing expertise to evaluate total cost in supplier selection.
Nice to have
- 3 years plus of experience (direct material sourcing preferred).
- Procurement/commodity management
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
