Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the Head(s) and their direct team in an efficient and timely manner. Stays informed of current projects, issues, and priorities across the line of business and takes on additional tasks as appropriate.
- Manages the following processes on behalf of C orporate F inance ( "CF")
- Effectively c o ordinat es and collaborates with co lleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels to complete tasks and /or projects as needed.
- Perform s other related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Manages the following processes on behalf of C orporate F inance ( "CF") Management:
- Manages highly confidential, business sensitive information.
- Develops itineraries to ensure maximum efficiency and convenience for each trip.
- Maintain s a professional work environment, helping to create a nd foster a positive CF administrative culture.
Requirements
- M inimum of five (5) years of experience in an advanced administrative positio n, pr eferably in the professional or financial services industry.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- E xcellent analytical skill s with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, precise, and professional manner in both written and verbal communications.
- Ability to exercise good business judgment when responding to the needs of clients and stakeholders, both internal and external.
- The Executive Assistant role r equires extensive knowledge of C ompany operations and organizational procedures.
- Exc eptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates effective decision - making skills and can make decisions independently or with minimal direction.
- Advanced written communication skills, with accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner independently or with limited supervision.

- Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $120,000 - $130,000
- Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
