About the role

The Furniture Mover / Home Stager plays a vital role in preparing estate sale homes during the week for upcoming weekend sales.
At True Legacy Homes, we are a rapidly growing company helping families through life transitions by managing the liquidation of their family property.
With the aging of the baby boomer generation, our services are in high demand, and there is a tremendous opportunity ahead.

Arrange and set up furniture and décor to create visually appealing staging layouts.
Support the estate sale team with general setup and breakdown tasks throughout the week.
It's a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for design, and takes pride in transforming spaces.

Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record (no DUI, reckless driving, or felony driving within the last 7 years).
Must have reliable transportation.
At least 2 years of experience in moving, staging, or furniture handling.
Knowledge of proper techniques for packing, handling, and moving furniture, antiques, and artwork.
Strong ability to safely lift, move, and transport small to large items.
Must be dependable and able to work Monday through Friday.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Work may involve exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, loud noise, or chemicals.

Part-time positions typically range from 16 to 26 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on the needs of the business.
