About the role
- Barnhart Energy Company, a sister company of Barnhart Crane and Rigging, is looking for a Process & Systems Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Be the connective tissue between BEC's operations and our technology ecosystem and understand both sides deeply enough to make them work together. (one-Community) • Drive adoption and change management for the technology roadmap. (full-Commitment) • Build the internal muscle so that BEC is self-sufficient regarding day-to-day system operations and process improvement. (true-Craftsmanship) • Protect governance.

Nice to have
- Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred 2-3 years of experience in creating/managing work-flows focused on efficiency and systems preferred Understanding of technology, lean principles, theory of constraints
