About the role

Provides exceptional customer service to donors, general public, and chapters.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task in order to adhere to deadlines.

Performs data entry of donor information, donations, and gift batches, into enterprise CRM ensuring accuracy of donor information and gift coding.
Enters requisite donor data; relationship, gift reference, contact, and solicitation information. Performs clean-up of donor and gift data as needed.

Must be located in Phoenix, AZ
1-2 years of experience in a customer service, data entry and/or non-profit environment.
Strong computer skills required, specifically in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce desired.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Strong experience working with Microsoft Office applications required. Database data entry & reporting preferred.

Working Environment:
Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.
Some in-office responsibilities.

This Role's Hiring Range
$38,445 - $43,500 USD
