Responsibilities
- Delivers patients to examination rooms.
- May assist with the completion of documents and treatment records, and delivering documents to PACS.
- Performs all duties with strict adherence to and compliance with government regulations, hospital policies and procedures, and safety/ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) guidelines.
- And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.

Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English with patients to explain procedures while making them as comfortable as possible
- Ability to follow and comply with directions procedures, policies and regulations
- Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English
- Enrollment in a formal radiologic tech program
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a medical office
- Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments.
- The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description.
- Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
- Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
- Standing, walking, repetitive movements, working indoors, color vision
- Precise motor skills, hearing, vision
Compensation
- $15k-$26k
