Responsibilities

  • Build and Operate the Business Development Engine
  • Design and run the end-to-end business development engine, including sourcing, research, qualification, team allocation, and pipeline tracking
  • Establish handoff protocols and feedback loops that maintain momentum and preserve relationship quality from centralized preparation through advisor engagement
  • Create tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their unique financial goals and the firm's value proposition
  • Manage and track the entire prospective client pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including logging interactions, updating status, and maintaining accurate records
  • Develop materials and playbooks that support consistent prospective client engagement, including templates, positioning frameworks, and briefing standards aligned to a unified firm narrative
  • Build dashboards and tools to track KPIs, pipeline performance, and operational effectiveness

Compensation

  • The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $120,000 to $150,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
