About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain teams in identifying cost-saving opportunities and developing new suppliers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate standard components into factory workflows and design tools.
  • Develop and maintain specifications that meet environmental and performance standards.
  • Design and execute test plans to validate performance and quality metrics.
  • Partner with labs to ensure accurate testing and qualification of components.
  • These tools are designed to support our recruiters and do not replace human decision-making.

Requirements

  • Your Background Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with transformer components and accessories.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Windchill, and SAP.
