About the role
- Clearinghouses process the majority of these transactions, offering consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers.
- Until Stedi, the space was occupied entirely by a small group of legacy players, built on outdated, often pre-internet technology.
- Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Stedi's Eligibility or Insurance Discovery offering.
- Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g., PR/FAQs, BRDs, Linear tickets).
- Partner with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship features that improve speed, reliability, and data quality.
- Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
- Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi's overall product suite.
- Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often.
Requirements
- Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
Nice to have
- Either Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code are strongly preferred.

- Substantial product management experience at a healthcare software company, with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus).
- 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred.
