- At least 4 years of experience as software developer/programmer for jBPM, Java/J2EE, Spring, GWT & Oracle.
- Experience in global application development environment for AML/KYC
- Good experience in Software Development Life Cycle, familiarity with Waterfall and Agile development models
- Strong Knowledge and hands on experience in Core java including collections, muti- threading etc.
- Strong Knowledge and hands on experience in Spring, Hibernate
- Experience in Oracle SQL queries
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
