Requirements
- 90% of work is conducted out on property, requiring ability to walk great distances, lift up to 75lbs., climb and be comfortable on a ladder and operating items such a Golf Cart.

- CMGT is currently seeking a Facilities and Compliance Supervisor for a community in Slidell, LA.
- This position will oversee the maintenance, appearance, and compliance of the Association's common areas and amenities.
- Job Responsibilities
- Facilities Maintenance
- Complete repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, fencing, gates, playground equipment, lighting, signage, mail kiosks, pool furniture, etc.
- Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs before they become major repairs
