Requirements

  • As business needs dictate, flexibility may be required, including occasional evenings, weekends, and support during peak operational periods.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and driving measurable business results
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority across multiple functions
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
  • Experience coaching frontline leaders and facilitating organizational change
  • Preferred education, experiences &
  • Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (Oracle, SAP, Manhattan, etc.)

  • Based at our Forney Distribution Center, you will serve as the site's dedicated Continuous Improvement Leader, responsible for driving operational excellence through the Copeland Business System (CBS).
  • This position operates under the general guidance of the Plant Manager.
