  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience, including time in a public accounting environment
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and the ability to interpret technical accounting guidance
  • Demonstrated capability in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of basic financial reporting tools and concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented and capable of operating effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline
  • CPA certification or progress toward CPA licensure
  • Familiarity with SEC reporting, lease accounting, and revenue recognition rules
  • Exposure to broader financial concepts beyond accounting, including forecasting and internal controls
