About the role
- The Quality Student will assist the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in maintaining high standards of execution and documentation across all PACT sub-programs.
- This is a 12-16 month co-op student opportunity starting in September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Support the documentation and tracking of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Help coordinate material testing and maintain logs of test results and submittals.
- PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners.
Requirements
- The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required.
Skills
- Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or a related post-secondary program.
- Basic understanding of quality control processes, construction materials, and reading engineering drawings.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with site crews, engineers, and management.
