About the role

The Behavior Technician plays a crucial role in implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorders.
This position involves working in various settings, including after-school programs, homes, and community environments.

Monitor and document client progress, using standardized data collection tools.
Collaborate with the clinical team to make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress and data analysis.
Maintain open and effective communication with families, therapists, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
To perform this job successfully, the incumbents will possess the skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty proficiently.

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable.
Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.
A degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proof of TB test.

Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children in various settings, including after-school programs, homes, and community environments.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance ABA knowledge and skills.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
