- This opportunity is available in our Southcentral region, and will oversee the full lifecycle of SC industrial development projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial real estate development, with a focus on speculative industrial opportunities throughout the SC markets.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment, while being highly organized and skilled at prioritization and time management.
- A bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management, engineering, or related field is required.
