Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawing coordination.
- Perform additional assignments per Superintendent's/Project Manager's direction.
- Support the estimating process and learn take-off software and unit cost analysis through preparing quantity take-offs.
- Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.
Requirements

- To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2-4 years of successful commercial construction experience in a design-build environment.
- A bachelor's degree in construction engineering/management is required.
- You must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
- Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing is required.
- It's expected that you are familiar and comfortable with current technology.
- 4-year college degree, preferably in a construction-related field.
- General knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
- Ability to calculate mathematical calculations, understand architectural and engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively.
