About the role
- Job Description: The Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite for completion on time and on budget.
- This position enforces safety programs while managing and training personnel; understands and controlling project budget.
- Works with trades foremen, superintendent and project management of all scopes of the project; owners and/or tenants.

Requirements
- Must be able to remain calm during stressful situations and work through any challenges or issues which may arise.
- Must be able to know when to ask for help when a job task exceeds their skills or abilities.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and plans and specifications and give proper direction to project personnel.
- Hold, prepare, and document required meetings
- If recruitment services are required, we will reach out directly to agencies on our approved vendor list.
- Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent random and post-accident drug and alcohol testing.
- Documentation / file management.
- Meeting management skills.
- Team player with team building skills.
- Require moderate support from Field Coordinator.
