About the role

  • Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring for a part-time Maintenance Technician.
  • include routine and preventive maintenance tasks, housekeeping duties, responding to tenant requests, and supporting the onsite maintenance and management teams.
  • The Maintenance Technician is also expected to cover for staff on vacation.

Responsibilities

  • The position is responsible for providing a safe, productive, comfortable, and clean working environment for building occupants and guests.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and provide concierge level of service when interacting with building occupants.

Requirements

  • perform seasonal outside duties as required.
  • Replace lamps as required in a timely manner
  • An vocational / technical degree.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED with an ability to perform general handyman repairs.

Compensation

  • The base pay is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
