- Job Description: Ryan Companies has an immediate need for a Maintenance Engineer II in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and duties on building equipment and systems per scheduled date.
- Manage and/or assist subcontractors with preventive maintenance, repairs and projects occurring on building systems, equipment or property.
- Lead by example in line with the Ryan values with staff and co-workers
- Demonstrate willingness to proactively manage with a "win-win" attitude
- Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.
Requirements
- Complete Ryan required training and safety programs
- If recruitment services are required, we will reach out directly to agencies on our approved vendor list.
Nice to have
- Comprehensive knowledge of energy management systems o Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment
- Universal CFC (required)
- SMA, SMT, LEED certification, others as applicable preferred
Compensation
- The annual salary range (non-exempt) is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00.
