About the role

  • Job Description: Ryan US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our team!
  • This is an IN-OFFICE opportunity in our Minneapolis corporate headquarters.
  • Our Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the data and analytics needs of our Construction teams focusing on scheduling and field operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data analytics support for construction field operations focusing on areas like scheduling and safety across all regions and product types.
  • Build, test, maintain, and train on dashboards where analysis / trends are communicated.
  • Work in a team setting and collaborate with other data analysts and technology partners.
  • Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.

Requirements

  • Ryan is known as an industry leader who brings a fully integrated and creative design-build approach to each new project, alongside almost 85 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science or a business-related field of study.
  • 3-5 years of Analyst or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, data querying (SQL) and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Have previous experience in construction operations.
  • Have experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server and Microsoft Suite.
  • Have experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • Have a strong ability to connect new technology with the needs of the organization.

Compensation

  • The annual base pay range is $85,000 to $100,000.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
