- Ryan Companies is looking for a forward-thinking VDC Manager I to join our team in Dallas!
- It includes managing the BIM coordination process with limited oversight and leveraging VDC tools to reduce project risk, improve efficiency, and enhance overall project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Intermediate ability to conduct effect ive presentations
- Ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems
- Ability to understand construction schedules, architectural and engineering drawings.
- Ability to interpret BIM project requirements and apply to VDC processes
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management or BIM-related field or related two-year certificate combined with a minimum of 2 years industry experience
- 5+ years commercial construction experience in a BIM or VDC related role.

Skills
- Procore BIM processes and workflows
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to travel, and/or relocate, as needed to execute projects.
