About the role

  • The role of the Room Attendant is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing guests with a clean, a comfortable and safe room.
  • Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Bothell
  • The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Seattle-Bothell, is looking for looking for an energetic individual to our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains cleaning protocols
  • Creates guest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
  • Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one -year hospitality experience in housekeeping
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pull, push up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Per brand standards, cleans assigned guest rooms or suites which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture if required, and cleaning bathroom
  • Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
  • Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest
