Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Roving Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis!
This role will be going to and servicing various commercial around the Twin Cities.
The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.

Must have general maintenance experience in the operation of commercial buildings and equipment.
High School Degree or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications and ability to lift 100 lbs.
Ability to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.
Have a knowledge of HVAC systems and ability to make needed adjustments and general repairs.

The base pay is $28.00 - $38.00 per hour.
Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
