Responsibilities

Requirements
- ensure key participants understand and take required timely actions to implement decisions
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent related work experience) with 5+ years overall business experience in the construction industry.
- At least five years of experience as a technology lead, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience with full-cycle application or software implementation projects.
- Previous supervisory experience responsible for performance management with a proven track record of successful people management skills.
- Experience leading the implementation of new technologies preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors and system integrators.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Compensation
- The salary range is $115,000 to $150,000.
- The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Position will be eligible for additional compensation that is expected to include an incentive program.
