About the role

  • Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring for a Maintenance Associate.
  • may include light maintenance, housekeeping duties, responding to tenant requests, and supporting the onsite maintenance and management teams.
  • A fixed or flexible schedule may be necessary to cover various periods including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • The position is responsible for providing a safe, productive, comfortable, and clean working environment for building occupants and guests.
  • This position will support a minimum of 16 - 20 hours per week with potential to for more hours in a 40 story luxury high rise condominium tower located in the Minneapolis area.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and provide concierge level of service when interacting with building occupants.
  • Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.

Requirements

  • perform seasonal outside duties as required.
  • Replace lamps as required in a timely manner

Compensation

  • The base pay is $19.00 - $25.00 per hour.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
