Responsibilities
- The individual will provide project support to the Project Manager and/or team to facilitate the planning, coordinating, scheduling and cost accounting of a variety of commercial construction project types.

Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Have experience in a construction environment and with accounting software systems.
- Carry a high level of professionalism, ability to communicate proficiently, both verbal and written.
- Compose and/or edit communications (letters, memos, reports, procedures, etc.) as required by Project Manager/Project Staff.
- creation of Operation & Maintenance manuals and the distribution of Record Drawings, as required.

Compensation
- The hourly base pay is $29/hr. - $38/hr.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
