Responsibilities

  • The Executive Assistant provides high-level pro-active administrative and strategic support to one or more senior executives.
  • This role functions as both an administrative expert and a business partner, ensuring executives are well-supported, prepared, and able to focus on organizational priorities.
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and resolution of conflicts.
  • Proactively review executive emails/correspondence to prioritize responses and create efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with regional offices as necessary for executive travel and meetings
  • Support and occasionally lead special projects, initiatives and cross functional activities.
  • Create and maintain close working relationships with executives and organizational peers both internally and externally.
  • Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Ability to be a team player who can work independently.
  • Adaptable to change and ability to become fluent with new technologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of handling confidential information appropriately.
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively and demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Ability to carry out assignments under pressure with short deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
  • Ability to work in office 5 days/week
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications or related field.
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft and edit executive-level correspondence.
  • Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
