About the role
- This individual will split their time between supporting the field teams with maintenance responsibilities and working closely with the Regional Director of Management to oversee all aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Two or four year technical degree or equivalent in building operations, systems, and equipment.
- 2+ years in a supervisor capacity and strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and basic accounting/financial knowledge to work within budget constraints.
- Must have universal CFC certification
- able to attain local licensing or certification as required.
- Must have an intermediate to advanced level of understanding with computer systems such as MS Word and Excel.

Nice to have
- Mechanical Contractor Licenses, Competency Cards, and / or other Trade Specific Certifications
- SMA, SMT AND LEED certification or equivalent preferred.
- Sales experience, training, and a proven track record of business development
Compensation
- The base salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
