About the role
- Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an opportunity for a Sr.
- Project Manager to join our National Industrial team!
- This individual is primarily responsible for managing Project Team to meet goals, budgets and highest customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management is required.
- Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants, as required, depending on assigned project(s).
- If recruitment services are required, we will reach out directly to agencies on our approved vendor list.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- advanced degrees are a plus
- At least 10 years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial preferred).
Compensation
- The salary range is $140,000 - $180,000.
- The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
