About the role

- Provide innovative leadership to ensure that Minnesota State institutions and students have access to current AHA information and training opportunities, aligning with HealthForce Minnesota's strategic initiatives.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to address inquiries from leadership, Minnesota State institutions, instructors, faculty, students and external parties regarding training offerings, technology, curriculum, and procedures.
Requirements
- current certification is not required.
- Demonstrated experience working in high-demand environments with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using technology to conduct business operations, including Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Proven experience planning and hosting professional conferences or training events.
- The successful candidate must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States by the day employment begins.
Compensation
- $54,344.00 - $116,608.00

- Minimum Qualifications
- Has held certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Heartsaver
- current certification is not required.
- Demonstrated experience working in high-demand environments with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of professional experience in education and/or healthcare setting OR an equivalent combination of post-secondary training, education and/or advanced professional experience.
- Background in medical knowledge or healthcare-related fields.
- Deliver training updates and communications to keep instructors and Minnesota State EMS personnel informed of current practices, ensuring students receive effective and up-to-date medical training.
