- The Project Manager is responsible for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.

Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Process proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.
- Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Procore, P6, and other management tools.
- Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes.
